Recently, Xingtai Steel wire rod plant produced the first small batch rolling experiment of φ16mm SWRH82B-1 in the 5th high-quality production line according to the customer demand.
The test quantity is 6 billets, before production, The quality engineering department in combination with the production department make the schedule according to the pre-planning before production. The manufacture is organized according to the planning scheme time, production workshop, rolling temperature and heating process selection. Workshop personnel checked strictly to the repair process accordance with the requirements of wire plant process and confirmed repeatedly to the process parameters. The whole production process is smooth.
The cooling rate of the rod roller measuring on-site meets the requirements. The inspection samples are took from the head and tail of three coils after trail production. According to the trial results, The controlling performance of φ16mm SWRH82B-1 is good enough to meet the custom requirement and achieve the expected goals for the whole intensity fluctuation of 53Mpa. Xingtai Steel has accumulated a lot of important parameters and experience by the successful of the trial production to meet customer demand of SWRH82B-1 in the future.
